1.2.2 — 10 October 2026
Clearer answers you can check
- Answers are clean: no stray formatting tags or folder paths in the text, and every grounded answer ends with source chips (file name, page, paragraph).
- Source chips show the document name, not the full path on your disk.
- The quote check no longer raises false alarms. When every quoted passage is in your documents you see “All quoted passages found in your documents”; when one isn't, it says which, so you know what to check.
- Ask about one named party (“the Acme agreement”) and SealedBrief reads that party's document, instead of mixing in clauses from similar contracts.
-
Redaction markers in filings, like
[***], are shown as-is instead of turning text bold or italic.
Documents
- Full document names on every card, so similar contracts are easy to tell apart.
- “Ask about this document” opens a new chat about that document.
- The watched-folder status no longer contradicts itself.
Settings and look
- Opening Settings no longer shows a “Model set to Auto” message you didn't trigger, and the model menu shows its full text.
- Colours that were missing now render: chat bubbles, banners, panels and the theme swatches.
- The Inter typeface ships with the app, so text looks the same on every computer.
- The encryption screen in setup names the right key store for your system (Windows Credential Manager, macOS Keychain or Linux Secret Service).
Search
- Conversation search finds words inside messages, not only in titles.
